Hey @rangers2020, it seems that you have a totally different issue.
Please try to deactivate all your plugins one by one and try one more time to open the Customizer settings.
Also if you have a caching plugin, clear/purge the caches.

Do you have any server side caching modules enabled?
None plugins, I did a fresh reinstall, the options work on default 2021 theme.
Very very strange, I used to work a lot with Blocksy and never happened this.
I verified another website https://infoblog.ro, the same situation, here I have a lot of plugins like elementor, wp-frontend, wp-optimize, litespeed cache …
Actually it seems that a lot of sub-options are dissapearing from Customizer:

Please double check to see if you have the mod_pagespeed PHP module activated. If yes, please deactivate it as it is very old and the developers haven’t kept up with the latest web technologies that we use with Blocksy 🙂

Fonts were working properly just a few days back I guess.

You’ll need to talk to your hosting provider and instruct them to disable the mod_pagespeed PHP module
