user name and password

I am an registered user, but why is it absolutely impossible to get in touch with you when I have lost my password?
I had a userID: meetkarl (www.meetkarlskotte.com, but I have lost my password and when I tried to get a new one I didn`t get it and now I cant log into my site.
To get to send you a request I had to register a new user (karlskotte).
What do I now have to do to be able to log into my site?
