No, in WordPress email is unique identity for an account. So WCFM does not allow to edit this.
Vendors may set/change a separate email as Store Email. But not allowed to change account email, they have to request Admin for this.
Thank you for the response, however here I was referring to the admin email and I am the admin of the store. I want to receive the email to the email address that I have access to. The email address right now in the Admin profile is something the WP created and I do not have access to it and the email is also weird email address.
The vendor registration and any other communication that happens is something that I want in the new email address.

and if it serves do i not worry about the incorrect email in my admin panel?
No, you have to change Admin email from WordPress settings.
I changed the admin email from WP setting.
I have also made changes in WCFM Admin settings – Email settings.
And
I still have the incorrect email address displayed on my Admin panel.
Does this affect the communication in any way even though the Admin panel has incorrect email address?
