can you please share us with your site URL, so that we can help you with as there is no error with the latest version of the plugin.
or you can do one thing GO to CPANEL and then go to file manager -> public_html folder -> wp-content -> plugins -> delete the older version folder of ibtana-visual-editor folder from there.
and try to download and activate the latest version.

I got a same issue.
Installation is completed but cannot activate plugin.
message : ERR_CONNECTION_RESET and ajax error.
I am facing same issue while activating the plugin on localhost. It is installing but while activating showing this error:
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
The plugin is activated when install online, not on your localhost

I have looked into the issue this issue is generated on your local machine XAMPP, this is the appache’s issue, we need to follow this video to resolve this issue.
