    To be honest the whole SSO topic is riddled with details and MiniOrange does its best to keep things relatively simple. Still I find their User Interface a bit confusing for the multi-site version of the product. However, when we have issues their support team is right on it.

    I have found them to be very professional and willing to work late into the night to resolve issues for us. I couldn’t be happier with their support.
