Lazy Load
-
Hi
I’ve set lazy load to appear in circles, but it’s not working.
Why?

Hey @mushlih,
The theme lazy loading functionality is applied only to images that Blocksy controls or outputted and not to images added by other page builders (Elementor in your case).
For example: blog posts cards, page title hero, post meta avatar…For a more complex lazy loading functionality you could try the Jetpack lazy loading.
Hope this helps.
Hi @mushlih
It seems that you are running a cache plugin that minifies and combines CSS/JS files. Have you tried regenerating these files?
Thanks

Yes, I use the LiteSpeed plugin, but I deactivated it temporary and lazy load still not working
Hi @mushlih,
On what images it is not working? Could you please show a screenshot? On what images it is not working?

Hi @mushlih
Your website is mostly built with Elementor. Due to the way 3rd party page builders work, they will override theme functionality in most cases.
If you will create a page using Gutenberg, you will see that the lazy load option will work just fine.
Thanks
Does that mean lazy load on your theme doesn’t work with elementor? If it is, can you get it working in a future release?
Hi @mushlih
Yep that’s right. Only images presented by Blocksy, such as featured images for posts are lazy loaded. Other content is not controlled by us.
Thanks
Hey @mushlih, unfortunately we can’t control the images that Elementor is outputting.
Ok, thank you
