Testimonial plugin – admin section missing on back end

Testimonial plugin – I can’t access or find the testimonials admin and on the homepage all we see is the shortcode. Please help me asap! I tried to go to a backup of the site.

I also tried deleting the plugin and re-installing it.

This plugin works on other sites I am working with, so no idea what is going on.
