[Plugin: WP Security Scan] Help! Changed wp_ prefix, now lost access

I installed the wp security scan and of course it recommended I change the default table prefix. I did this and now I cannot access my database.

I get this message trying to go anywhere in wp-admin:

“Can’t select database

We were able to connect to the database server (which means your username and password is okay) but not able to select the test_goleta database.”

and if I try to go into phpMyAdmin, it says:

“Cannot log in to the MySQL server”

I’m not sure how to restore from my backup since I can’t get into phpMyAdmin.
