Where is the documentation?

It says in the description there is a documentation tab, but I don’t see it anywhere.

I am trying to simply export users from one site and import them into another site. I export fine, but the format is incorrect for importing. Is there an easy way to copy/move users from one site to another without reconfiguring the csv file? In other words, can you export into the format that you require to import?
