Hi there @deny21
Thanks for your question.
I have an open similar issue reported.
However, let us see what we can do here. I want to check further how your WooCommmerce site is setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Once you’ve done that, you can paste it on https://gist.github.com/.
Feel free to remove your domain name as well from the report pasted to Gist, for privacy reasons, and then share the Gist link here.

Hi there @deny21
Thanks for sharing the Status report.
I have found the following issues that might have affected the plugin to work properly
WP Cron: –
It appears that WP Cron is not activated on your site, please activate it, as it’s very important because Facebook for WooCommerce relies on it heavily when doing product syncs.
PHP Time Limit: 120
It’s pretty low value, to ensure no issue with product sync please increase it to 1200
Facebook for WooCommerce: by Facebook – 2.4.1
There has been a lot of improvement with the latest version, please update to to the latest (2.5.1 as of now)
WP Rocket: by WP Media – 3.7.5
Please clear your cache regularly, if it’s possible to set it to clear cache every day. Caching plugin is known to interfere with the plugin sending events correctly to Facebook.
When you have done all the above, you can do a full resync of your products, by following the below steps:
- Clear WooCommerce transient data, it’s cached data that we want to clear to ensure it’s not interfering with a proper product sync, you can do that by going here WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
-
Navigate to Marketing > Facebook > Product sync, select Sync products
I hope that helps!
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
