Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
As I understand, on the “problem” products, there are more variations showing on the second and third attributes than what should be showing? Is that correct?
Let’s take a look at the Father’s Day Mugs as an example. Can you let us know which variations are showing that shouldn’t be showing? Also, can you send us a screenshot of the Variations tab in the Product Data box for this product? In particularly, I’d like to see if you have a variation created for the ones that should not be showing.
You can use https://snipboard.io/ to send screenshots here. You’ll just drag and drop the image into the window, and it will generate a URL to paste into this thread.
Cheers!
Thakn you for the quick reply. Here are the details
Father’s Day Mugs
Attribute #1: Mug
Attribute #1: Mix
Attribute #1: Flavor
Example #1:
Select Mug = The Office
Select Mix = All 4 Flavors (Qty 3 of each flavor/12 total)
The only Flavor that should show is: Chocolate Chip, Brookie, Sprinkle and Double Chocolate
Example #2:
Select Mug = The Office
Select Mix = 3 Flavors you select (Qty 4 of each flavor/12 total)
The only Flavors that should show are:
Chocolate Chip, Brookie and Sprinkle
Chocolate Chip, Brookie and Double Chocolate
Chocolate Chip, Sprinkle and Double Chocolate
Brookie, Sprinkle and Double Chocolate
This works on the Mix and Match Page
In all examples, this is setup to only allow customers to select from a list of (3) Coookies if you select “3 Flavors you select (Qty 4 of each flavor/12 total)”, from a list of (2) Cookies if you select “2 Flavors you select (Qty 6 of each flavor/12 total)”, etc… It does not matter which Mug you select as the setup is the same for all.

Out of curiosity, when asking for this kind of support is there any way to get on a call and screen share? Just curious. Would love to talk to someone about some of the features of Woocommerce to find out if there is a better way to solve my problems. Thanks

Hi Abram,

As per the forum guidelines, it’s actually prohibited to ask for or share login details on the forums.
Seems that you might be using the paid Mix and Match extension. If so, kindly contact us directly at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to log in to your WooCommerce account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread in your ticket.
We will be able to help you further there.
Thanks.
I am not using the paid Mix and Match extension. This is core woocommerce. I tried submitting this to the above support but it tells me to use a forum since this is not a paid feature of the product. Unfortunately, no help from the forums yet. Any other ideas would be helpful
Hey Abram,
To narrow down the problem and see if you may be eligible for direct premium support, please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Thanks
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
