Woocommerce Product Variations sometimes working

I am new to WordPress and Woocommerce. Using this to run a simple commerce site dp42goods.com. I have previously created a product with Attributes and Variations and it works correctly in that once you select an Attribute Value the available options in the other Attributes is limited to only those options that I setup under Variation. However, as I setup other Products with the same type of setup it does not work on those products. I have rechecked the setup multiple times and it is 100% correct (or I am blind). You can see this fail on any of these pages: https://dp42goods.com/product/fathers-day-mugs/

The only difference is that on these new pages the variations are setup with Managed Stock and with specific Stock Qty’s set. The page that works the items are not setup as Managed Stock.
Any ideas would be appreciated. I already tried deleting and setting these up, and I did fewer variations on my redo and still not working. I do not understand why this appears to sometimes work.
