    The frontend and backend of Amelia suddenly stopped working today. No changes were made to our website. A ticket was submitted to Amelia, but we have not received any response.

    In another thread, someone deactivated SG Optimizer. I did that, and it’s still not working.

    On the backend, when you click on an Employee, we just get a loading icon.

    I’m sorry to hear Amelia is not responsive; your ticket will be addressed, rest assured.

    our work hours are 10:00 – 17:00 (can vary up to 1-2 hours) CET Monday – Friday, so you can expect a response from us then. We have a response time limit 3-5 days but we mostly respond to tickets in 24 hours on work days.

    Please note that this forum’s rules do not allow us to provide assistance for the full version of the plugin, so we will not be able to help you with it here, but support agents will respond to your ticket with a solution.
