Ok, tested as well. The problem is that in Safari Mac and iOS not working. With chrome no problem. Tried to clear cache and whatever I can.

For performance reasons we deactivated from Blocksy the JS based smooth scroll and added a more performant CSS only solution – scroll-behavior: smooth.
Seems that Safari is the only browser that doesn’t play nice with this property at the moment.
We will think more on this and will come with a solution for Safari in the next update for sure.

One more thing to note is that Safari will soon implement this feature.

The option is also available on iOS. You can find it in Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> Experimental Features. Though, this option is not activated by default on iOS/macOS systems.
