Hi, I have a sticky header on a new website I’m creating for my client (it’s not public yet). The problem I’m having once sticky header effects for elementor is active, is that after the page loaded, the header/page appears too low and then jumps back into the correct position.

Here is a video of the problem: https://arktisdesign.com/headerjumping.mp4

I am sure there must be others with the same problem but I haven’t found a solution in your forum. Thanks in advance for your help and kind regards, Sampo

The exact same problem happens with me too.

It appears, that the problem happens if the Sticky effect is applied at start (Scroll Distance (px) is set to 0 for instance)

I am using Elementor 3.1.1, Elementor – Header, Footer & Block 1.5.6, and Sticky Header Effects for Elementor 1.4.3

Ah, this is couse of the Elementor free version… (Source: Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fMpH_aKRcI)

One possible walkaround is to apply a custom css class to the header, and set it to “position:sticky” right in a global css. You can achieve this not only just with elementor, but with any global css plugin as well.

@balazskissicell thanks for the help! I’m not getting support ticket emails for some reason.

@suixtri Did this solve your issue or do you still need help?
