    Using wordpress 5.7.2 and MailPoet 3.61.0 Jquery 3.6.0
    Some users cannot subscribe and get “An error has happened while performing a request, please try again later”.
    I cannot reproduce the problem.
    Logging set to Everything but no information of the error can be found in the log file.

    Hi @erick2016,

    This error may occur if your website is using an outdated jQuery version.

    If you can update the jQuery version to a newer one, the form would work fine.

    Alternatively, you can roll back to version 3.60.4.

    Thank you!

    Hi Bruna

    As I told in my post I update jquery to 3.6.0
    I guess this is the latest release

    Sorry about that, @erick2016. Can you please share your website’s domain with us so we can check it?

    Hi there @erick2016,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    I have the same problem. How did you manage to fix it?

    @bruberries

    I have sites with jquery 3.5.1 that work normally. So I don’t believe this problem is related to jquery.

    It was finally a problem from my internet provider. They have a security system to avoid accessing to WP Admin from different countries. When they disactivated this protection the problem disapeared.
