I tried looking at the screenshot, but I get an error saying the page does not exist, and when I visit the site, it is password protected. … I am going to assume you are using the Default Card template.

Please navigate to the Connections Templates settings admin page. Click the Customize button for the Default Card template.

The page will refresh, displaying the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.

Disable the show categories option in the Customizer.

Publish the change and exit the Customizer.

I hope this helps, please let me know.

One little problem, as soon as I open up the hotel it still appears.

    The website is http://www.oatf.com.na

    The password is: oatf.com

The page is called Trave & Stay under “About”

Please do the same steps as before, but while in the Customizer, click an Entry name in the preview; any Entry name will do; it does not matter which. The preview will update showing the Entry detail/profile page.

Disable the show categories option again, publish the change, and exit the Customizer.

Why do you need to do this twice? Each view in the template can be customized independently.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi

The client does not want to see it.

    Everything else is perfect.

    Thanks

Did you follow the step I outlined in my last reply? If you do, the categories will no longer be shown on the template’s entry detail/profile view.

    Yes, it has worked.

    Thanks
