Missing attachment despite defined formats, size and correc mail-tag

    Good morning everyone.

    For some time now I’m trying to send attachmens from the contact form to our email address. The attachments simply does not appear in the email. I tried different file formats and sizes.
    What am I doing wrong?

    [file FirstUpload limit:5mb filetypes:gif|png|jpg|jpeg] mail-tag -> [FirstUpload]
    [file SecondUpload limit:5mb filetypes:gif|png|jpg|jpeg] mail-tag -> [SecondUpload]
