Cannot Login – 404 Error?

    Every time that I login, I get these messages:

    From http://www.vbcfamily.com/login :

    Not Found

    The requested URL /login/ was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache/2.2.14 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.14 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.12 Server at http://www.vbcfamily.com Port 80

    From http://www.vbcfamily.com/wp-admin it directs me back to the login page above with the same error message.

    I get a log in page here
    http://www.vbcfamily.com/wp-login.php

    but where and why is the /login coming from?

    I don’t understand why that’s happening. I got the log in page this time, too, but when I try to login it just re-directs me to:

    http://www.vbcfamily.com/login/

    The page contained the same 404 message.

    If you’re not sure about this, do you know who I could contact?

    it must be a plugin
    ftp to site or use host’s file manager and see if you can find a /login folder
    if so, what’s in it?

    if not, rename your plugins folder and this will deactivate all your plugins
    see if things are normal
    rename plugins folder back and re-activate plugins

    It was the plugins causing the problem. Any way that I can tell which one specifically?
