    Hello,

I deactivated the plugin and then the site crashed.

I only have access from ftp and not phpmyadmin access.

Do you know how to resolve this issue?

    Best Regards

  • Please download site backup from FTP and setup on locally to identify and resolve issue

You can find database backup inside wp-content/uploads/db-backup

After 2 months I have found an alternative and rolled back the site to a previous state.
Your plugin was conflicting with wp-forms and with the wp-smtp plugin.

    Best Regards
