    Hello, I have a problem on the plugin with free and paid version :
    – I installed free plugin to test it
    – then i purchased pro plugin and activate it
    – when I go to the settings, and I set some of them like “company, etc”, when I click on “save” , plugin tells me that settings are saved but nothing changed.
    – I tried to uninstall-reinstall the plugin, nothing
    – I tried to delete tables on database…when I install the plugin, nothing worked.

    Can you help me please ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    If possible please check your settings is there any field that contains ‘\\’? Might be it’s causing issue because of some characters.

    I finally managed to get the module settings to work … I had to go into the database, find the “settings” table and manually enter the company name, currency and currency symbol.
    There were no special characters (other than “€”), and now saving settings is working.

    I do not know if the problem is common or not (some users had this problem in view of your forum) but it might be necessary to find out where it can come from in the event that a less knowledgeable user is affected.

    Glad to know that the issue has been resolved. And sure we will track all the possible way to replicate this issue and will try to overcome this.
