    After update the plugin showing this error

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.8.0 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: data not accepted.

    Hi @bikebear,

    Thanks for reaching out! Could you please check whether you can send a test email by head over to the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> Email Test area?

    If your test emails are working, you need to check the following.

    1) Check whether you have any forms on your site or plugins that are sending emails with attachments. Most probably you may have exceeded the attachment size accepted by your email account.

    2) Check your email notifications and see whether your “reply-to” email is different than your “from email” address. Some email platforms like Yahoo are not accepting different “reply-to” email addresses when delivering emails.

    Could you please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi @darshanaw ,

    The form does not have any attachment . And I have checked the form is not using different email address .It still not working

    Hi @bikebear,

    Are you able to send test emails under the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> Email Test area?

    Could you also please force your “from email” under the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings and see if that helps.

    Thanks is working now when set to force email.
