Some images suddenly extremely blurry

    Hey there, I’m a web designer who uses Optimole on all my websites I create. Love it, however.. on one client’s site (it’s been launched for a while), suddenly a bunch of the images (but not all of the images) are extremely blurry. That wasn’t the case before and no new plugins have been installed.

    Optimole is currently deactivated because I couldn’t see this and leave her site like this, but here are screenshots from when it is activated:

    I’ve done all the testing to ensure it is in fact optimole that’s the issue. It is, but I can’t at all figure out how to fix it without deactivating it. Hoping someone can help. Thanks!

    Hi @tracyraftl,

    Thank you for trying Optimole.

    To debug the issue we definitely need to replicate it on a live environment so we need the plugin to activate or maybe you can create a staging website with the plugin activated so we can take a look?

    Also, make sure that you don’t use another plugin that lazy-loads your images as that might be the reason for this issue.
