    can someone tell me wher the “Options” tab is supposed to be on wordpress admin page.

    There is no built-in tab labeled ‘Options’. Some themes and plugins create new options tabs. Look under ‘Appearance’, ‘Plugins’, ‘Tools’, and ‘Settings’.
