organizing pages in side panel

I am looking for a better way to layout the links to the many pages on this blog.

For example, if could I just have visible the link to members and then come to a second page with each member listed in some sort of box across the top, that would be ideal. I fear that this sort of task is beyond my skills as I do not know HTML. Or maybe one of you has a better idea. Even changing the font color of the members would help. I just find that right column to be too busy.
