hi,

when i go to my site: md-dach.at the site doesnt switch to https and shows some icons wrong.
when i then click on home for excample the site switches to https and everything works fine.
but then i close the browser and reopen, its the same game.
i tried deleting cookings browser cache and so on, nohting works.

then i disabled site caching and the problem is gone, but now i dont have a cache and my site is slower.

can anyone help?

@zyzz3031 Your home link is set to https://www.md-dach.at/ that’s why it switches to https://

You’ll have to set a redirect rule in .htaccess file so that your site on initial attempt loads https version.

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.md-dach.at/$1 [R,L]
```
