How to issue certificate manually

    Hi! Our tutor version has a problem that at final lesson it does not show the student pontuation, and our users need to get back at home so they can download the certificate, but most of them don’t know it, can we Issue the certificate manually for that person?

    UPDATE

    I was adding a link so or student can go back to the home page and download his certificate. As a paliative solution, however, i have this error
    when i click “download certificate”

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘offsetWidth’ of null
    at image.dispatch_conversion_methods

    The problem is from the file
    wp-content\plugins\tutor-pro\addons\tutor-certificate\assets\js

    at this line:
    var water_mark = iframe_document.getElementById(‘watermark’);

    Version
    1.8.0

    I see there a update, i try to get the file for update but when i’ve tryed to login at your page it give me error 503.
