How is a student meant to login to their course?

The only option I’ve seen in the support threads is to use the student registration shortcode but that doesn’t give a login section.

My students pay for their course (using Woocommerce) and receive an automated email with a link to the course. If they’re not still logged in from when they purchased the course they just get shown the course registration page. So how do they access the course?

  • Hello @artisanweb ,

Tutor login form pops up when anyone tries to access course contents. If you have memberships enabled from WordPress settings > general then students will view the option to create a new account. Once registered they can enroll in courses. Student dashboard is an important page which displays all the essential info related to enrolled courses, purchase history, quiz and assignments results and so on. It also has a sign out option. You can create a header menu option for student dashboard and registration pages so they are easily accessible.

I found the dashboard page but the issue is someone pays for the course in Woocommerce but then how do they get to the course? The customer receives an email with a link to the course but it just shows the course registration page which asks them to pay again.

    Hello @artisanweb,

Students access their enrolled/purchased courses after accessing frontend dashboard. Tutor LMS pro email notification sends url of the course. Until woocommerce order status changes students wont be able to access course contents. Tutor LMS pro sends altogether 31 emails for various Tutor email events.

Thank you. It looks like there was a conflict with the Tutor LMS Elementor Addons plugin. When I disabled that things started to work correctly.

    Hello @artisanweb,

You may encounter conflict from a 3rd party plugin but there is no conflict with our own plugin and Tutor LMS elementor addon.
