I cant understand whats happened. All fields works propertly but GENDER isn´t visible in the filter.

Does this issue occur with UM as the only active plugin? Let’s see if this is a plugin conflict issue.

Yes, I disabled all plugins (Except two necessary) and not works.
The theme is AVADA THEME, and I need to use Avada Core & Builder.

Yes, if I have 2 hooks but they don’t affect that field. I have tried to disable them and neither. I’ve also tried changing the theme and it doesn’t work either.

Finally we’ve created a new field “genero” to replace “gender”.
This new field appears on Members directory page.
Then we executed this MySql sentence:
UPDATE wp_usermeta SET meta_key = 'genero' WHERE meta_key LIKE 'gender'
Now we have this field in the search filter and it works.
But, if we enter a profile or we want to edit a profile, this field is empty.
I mean, we can search by “women” but if I enter a profile, the gender is not set as “women”. No option is marked.
Maybe we’ve missed something ?

FYI, “genero” is “gender” in Spanish.

Sorry for the late response. Do any users have selected a gender? It won’t display the Gender filter if there are no users selected a gender.

Yes, all users set their gender. But gender filter did not work.

Have you tried creating a new dropdown field with the genero as the field name in the Profile form so you users can update it?
