Did you change the URLs in your dashboard, or just the location of your wordpress files from root to the sub-directory? Or did you intend to leave your blog in the wordpress directory, but serve it from root? If that is the case, you need to copy some files to the root directory to make it work.

Yes I think I changed the urls in the dashboard as I wanted the website address to be just http://www.h2oservices.org as it was only working with the wordpress after it. How do I copy files to the root directory?
