    Hi,

Every time I try to update any of my plugins I receive the following error:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    The URL looks like this:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=WPvivid&auto_backup=1&backup=plugin&slug=wp-file-manager/file_folder_manager.php

I have “Auto-backup before updating” ENABLED in WPvivid Backup plugin.

When I disable wpvivid plugin I can successfully update any plugin.

Wondering if there is a conflict between LiteSpeed cache plugin and WPvivid Backup plugin? Is there any way to fix this issue?

WPvivid Backup support couldn’t help with this issue.

I have the latest version of LiteSpeed cache plugin installed, while this issue didn’t exist in previous version of LiteSpeed cache plugin.

    Thanks in advance!

P.S. I tried to clean cache and restart the lsws server but the issue still exists.

    Hi,

When I disable wpvivid plugin I can successfully update any plugin.

what if you disable LSCWP, but keep that plugin enabled , does it work ?

    Best regards,

qtwrk, thanks for your response, really appreciate it.

I receive the same error even when I disable LSCWP and implement the following commands:
    rm -rf /usr/local/lsws/cachedata/*
    systemctl restart lsws

    Hi,

well , if the issue has nothing to do with LiteSpeed Cache plugin , then I am not sure what I can help you further here

    Best regards,

You were right, WPvivid fixed it and updated their plugin so there’s no issue now.
