    Hello

    go to your ftp and follow this path \wp-content\plugins\tutor\templates\dashboard.php open the file and go to line no 52 you will find the word howdy there. Replace with what you want to

    ^^ this wont help much and changes will be lost on next plugin update

    recommended way:
    Install http://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/

    Add replace statement in this plugin settings
    textdomain will be tutor
