cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

    `Speaking of which, MailPoet hasn’t been sending emails for a few days now.
    When I checked, I got the following message.

    Due to the following connection problem, MailPoet will not be able to deliver mail and sending will be paused: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
    Please check the settings for the sending method.

    I also installed the “cURL Options plugin” following the forum instructions, but there is no change.The key activation is successful. What should I do?

    I’m having trouble sending mail.
    Please help me.

    Hi!

    If you’re having this cURL error 28 and you already tried the Wise Builds cURL Options plugin, we recommend contacting your hosting company and ask their support team to check the following points:

    – Make sure your server is running a recent version of PHP and the cURL library;
    – Try to increase your Server Memory Limits settings;
    – Ask your host if there is some limitation with wp-cron, or if loopback is disabled;
    – Ask your host if there a firewall or security modules (e.g. mod_security) that could block the outgoing cURL requests.

    Let us know if you still have problems after hearing back from them.

The following is just a guess on my part.
I created 100 welcome mails, what does this have to do with anything?
I have to send 100 welcome mails to my customers in sequence. I was preparing for that. The reason may be that I created 100 welcome mails as "drafts". Is there a limit to the number of welcome emails I can create? I have to send 100 welcome emails to my customers over the course of a year. I was preparing for that.

    Your draft Welcome emails shouldn’t be an issue.

    Can you please check if the same error occurs after a full conflict test? I suspect something else on your site can be causing the issue: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
