Dear UM support. On our website we have the latest Ultimate Member installed, and everything else is updated as well. For the record there are more than 1900 users in it. Everything in UM works fine except for the password reset procedure. The mail for resetting is sent, the link inside is valid, but as soon as the user fill in the new password (twice, as always), appears a page with URL “…updated=invalidkey” and the message “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”.
And the password of course is not saved.
This happens every time for every user – and this is a the moment quite a bottleneck for our online community, considering that our board was close to the idea of purchasing the PRO of UM.
What could be the problem here? Should we reinstall from scratch the plugin?
Thank you in advance for any idea or suggestion about this issue.
    Regards
    Marco

Solution found. It was a cache issue as actually stated in some online pages (such as https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1518-password-reset-doesnt-work). Furthermore in my case I needed to install a specific wordpress plugin (SG Optimizer) indicated by the provider (SiteGround) so as to exclude that page from the caching process, as well as others. Otherwise I couldn’t have any control over it.
Hope this could help someone with similar provider issue.
