Request costumization

I kindly ask for a quote for changes to the website I am creating using your following plugins:

-	Wcfm
-	Wcfm multivendor
-	Wcfm membership
-	Wcfm ultimate
-	Wcfm groups & staffs

I list the changes that I would like to implement in my multivendor marketplace:
- Each shop or customer who registers on the site, in order to purchase and access a shop window (the first time), must request access to the page through a form where he will send a collaboration proposal. The store that will receive that offer will be able to accept or decline. If he accepts, he can choose which products / categories / price lists to show to the customer.
- Is it possible to allow a customer who wants to become a seller to create his main shop, and to add 1 or more sub-shops and associate staff with them?
