Apple pay not displaying

So we are failing to display the apple pag logo for payment.

I have spoken with Stripe support and they say everything is setup from their side but that the problem must be with woocommerce.

The option Enable Payment Request Buttons. (Apple Pay/Google Pay) has been enabled but the option to pay with it is not displaying.
