  • Hi there @guidocentesimo! Thanks for contacting WooCommerce support. I don’t speak Spanish, but I can translate your request and then respond in English, if that works. I translate your request to:

I have installed the Facebook for woocommerce plugin to synchronize the products of my online store, with the catalog of the Facebook store to tag the products on Instagram. When installing the GDPR Cookie Compliance (CCPA, PIPEDA ready) plugin, I must indicate which cookies I use on the web so that the user accepts or rejects their use. I have since loaded from the Facebook ADS Administrator, get the code fragment that I have to insert in the header inside the GPRD plugin and when I run the web and activate the analyzer, it indicates the alert message [Facebook Pixel] – Duplicate Pixel ID : xxxxxxxxxx, in addition to this, I can’t block the pixel.

    How can I correct it?

I understand you’re seeing a duplicate pixel error after adding info to your GDPR plugin. Typically, when we see this error, it’s due to something else adding the pixel elsewhere on the site. It seems like this GDPR plugin might be doing that. I’m not familiar with this GDPR plugin or how it works, but is there a way you can add the cookie info to the GDPR plugin without calling the pixel again? That would be the best solution, most likely.

    Hello @guidocentesimo

We haven’t heard back, we’ll mark this thread as resolved. Should you still have issues, first confirm that Facebook for WooCommerce is fully updated and that you’re not running any other Pixels. You can buy the free plugin from that page for updates and support WooCommerce.com. Free free to open a new support thread on this forum if you still have trouble or any questions.

    Thank you
