    Hi,
i get this error during restoring

Move /www/htdocs/xxx/domain.com/wp-content/languages -> /www/htdocs/xxx/domain.com/wp-content/languages-old: Failed. Destination Directory UID=1220, GID=1069. Effective/real user IDs of the current process: 1220/1220. Effective/real group IDs of the current process: 1069/1069.

    How can i fix that?

    Mike

    Hi Mike,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ )

    Hi Mike,

Can you try to exclude the “others.zip” from the restore?
Then just manually extract the file and upload it within the “wp-content/” folder.

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hello Bryle,

you mean I should not use the Restore function in UpdraftPlus?

Instead I should unzip plugins, themes (and uploads zips) and upload them within the “wp-content/ folder.
Can i ignore the upload zips if i made no new uploads after backup date

What about the database. Has it been already restored?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Sorry if I was not that clear.

You can restore the plugins, themes, uploads and database using the plugin. The use manually restore (using FTP) for the others component.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
