wp-ban

I had wp-ban but did “something” which I am not aware of that has caused me to get a 404 error and no access to my site. I deleted it from FTP, and re-installed it, but as soon as I do I have the 404 error again. I tried contacting the plugin site but he doesn’t have a comment area or wp-ban even listed.

Does anyone know which file I would go to to remove the problem? I’ve looked in all of them but don’t see where the problem is.

I guess I banned myself but how do I fix that?
