• OK,so blogger removed my blog and I had to go wordpress.Fortunately I’ve backup of all the posts. Now I’ve got a theme Passion Duo Blue.I’ve customize it according to my need.I’m using wordpress version 2.9.2.

Now I’ve started to upload posts.Upto first ten posts it was all fine(that is the limit of posts to be shown in the home page). But once I’ve crossed that limit my theme is getting messed up.The sidebar, footer and even the rightside banner in the header are all over the place. But the content section is there without any problem. It’s happening both in the home page and single posts.
I though it may be because of the ‘prevnext’ that is in the theme.I’ve tried deleting that from both single.php and index.php.But no,it’s still the same.
I’ve used whatever little knowledge I have, but without any solution.
Can anyone please help me to solve this problem?

  • Have you tried to extend the amount of posts shown?
Have you by accident any css,js or PHP embedded into some of your posts?

@thorhammer one or two of my posts has js embedded but they are actually fine. Some of the posts has images they are also not creating any problem.Strangely few posts that are creating problems are plain texts without any images or js.
Regarding extending the posts shown, that’s not solving the problem either.

I’ve visited few forums they are advising to check the ‘WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically’ box under settings>writing>formating.Done that. But,still no solution.

Just an update.I’ve somehow manage to solve the problem.
Just adjusted the width of the footer. And all solved.Footer was not there with the main theme.I’ve added and I guess I’ve made some mistakes with that.
But,one thing, how come the problem started only after posting the 12th post. Why there was no problem upto 11th post?
