Sorry to hear that the pop-up form is not working for you.
In this case, please check the following:
– The pop-up should be enabled in the form editor’s settings, but you also need to select WHERE it should be displayed. You need to select “Display on all pages”, “Display on all posts/products” or the specific pages/posts you would like to have the form displayed. If it’s just enabled but you haven’t set any page, it won’t be displayed anywhere.
– Another plugin can be causing a conflict that is preventing the form from being displayed. Please refer to the following guide to rule it out as a root cause: How to Test for Theme and Plugin Conflicts.
