FVM not working with “Simple Custom CSS”

    When I activate CSS Processing it stops loading the “Simple Custom CSS” sheet, Also it doesn’t show up in the Logs.
    After adding the following exclusion it loads fine:
    ?sccss=1
    Previous versions of FVM seemed to work fine, but version 3.1.7 doesn’t. Maybe because “Simple Custom CSS” loads it’s CSS from a url param, FVM can’t optimize it?
