    Hello,

We have been trying to implement GiveeWP on our website for a while now. We have integrated stripe but Apple pay is not appearing.
Can you suggest how to fix the issue?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Happy to help.

The Apple/Google Pay only works when they are not cached. You need to make sure that all the pages related to GiveWP are whitelisted from your cache systems (it depends on the service you are using: a plugin or server). The URL includes:
any page with a donation form on it and/or the donation form URL itself
    the /donation-confirmation/ page
    the /donation-failed/ page
    the /donation-history/ page
    the /recurring-donations/ page (if applicable)

After that, you need to unregister your site from Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways > Stripe > Apple/Google Pay and click to reset. Then, navigate to Stripe’s dashboard here https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payments/apple_pay and delete the site you have there. Then, go back to your dashboard and click to register again. Make sure that it created a new site on Stripe in the same URL I’ve shared above.

Also, you’ll need to try is to flush the permalinks. Can you try to flush permalinks by navigating to Settings > Permalinks? You’ll need to click on Save Changes. Also, make sure you are not using the Plain URL structure. If you can select Post Name, it’s even better.

Next, we need to know which domain you see when you access the Apple Pay page on Stripe (since you moved it to a live site). You can access it by clicking on this URL https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payments/apple_pay.

If it’s not the same as your live site, it will not work as expected. Then, you need to delete it from there by clicking on the delete button. After that, do the same process again of adding your site, uploading the file, and then click to register GiveWP again. If GiveWP cannot access the file correctly, it will not work.

In the vast majority of the time, this issue is related to cache or server permissions.

We tried out all the steps, it didn’t work. I can share the URL if you want.

    Kindly let us know.
