thanks for the review, however, it seems you don’t understand how the plugin works and what it does.
The plugin only inserts ad codes you configure and it inserts them EXACTLY where you configure them to be inserted:

You can always check the source code to see what and where was inserted and you can use debugging function Label blocks to see what (and where) the plugin inserted:

Therefore, the plugin has nothing to do with “poor places”. It does not choose the inserton positions.
And the plugin does not display any ads. You have total control over the ad codes, the actual ads are served by the ad network. If you don’t like the ads served then simply try to configure ad types (if possible) or change ad network.
