Front Page has gone missing

Hey

My front page has gone walkabout.
I checked the forum and found someone with a similar issue but they found a solution. I asked a question and was advised to start a new ticket… so here we are: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/big-title-section-front-page-items-not-showing-hestia/#post-14371571

I followed the advice left on the above thread. Front page is selected. Disable front page is not selected.

in the editor, it doesn’t look like I have any content on the front page. But… I used to have a front page. Is there anyway of recovering the previous content? As someone who is self building with limited skill, starting again from scratch is going back to the bottom of a big mountain.

Any help would be welcomed.
