Set width size as per screen

First of all thanks for this wonderful plugin as it perfectly meets my requirement to display search criteria as per categories and tags. I am using search and filter plugin. However, I have a question on its width option. The search option looks peferct on desktop site but on other devices like mobile and tablet, the width of these dropdown and search text looks distorted. Is there any way we can fix it?
Or if Search text appears like an icon and only after we click it, it expands to search text icon? Anything that will help fixing the size of these boxes sync in all devices across will help.
