Unable to Change Settings

    I make a change to anything (Appearance, Email Notifications, etc.) and the click Save Changes, then it reverts back. I’m unable to move away from any of the defaults as a result.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    You are facing this issue because any of your plugin or theme is conflicting with SJB. We would suggest you please deactivate plugins one by one to identify which one is causing this.

    Aadmi,

    We have defined the SJB structure in such a way that it’s compatible with most of the plugins and themes. However, just like any other plugin, we cannot give you a guarantee that which plugin or theme could possibly conflict with our Simple Job Board.

    We would recommend that you deactivate the plugins one by one and check with one is conflicting with the SJB. If the issue still persists then kindly try switching your theme or any basic twenty seventeen themes.

    Note: This activity is for testing purposes to find out the conflict.
