First of all, thank you for already providing your System Status Report and sync logs. I’m not seeing anything immediately out of the ordinary from those, however.
As a next step, can you try re-connecting your WooCommerce Store to your Facebook Shop, as that can sometimes fix syncing issues?
To do that, you can follow the steps here:

You can also attempt a manual sync by heading to Marketing > Facebook > Product sync, and clicking the “Sync products” button.
Please give my suggestions a go. If you continue running into issues, can you check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs if there are any fatal errors logs there? If there are, please share them with us too.

i have reconnected the plugin, all went good. i have done the manual sync and there are no fatal errors logs, but FB catalog still stuck at “Importing from “Smaranda Almășan – Catalog – Flux””

Did the sync complete? Thanks for the logs. The logs you shared don’t indicate of any failures.
Do you see your Catalogue show up on Facebook?
Do share with us of any logs that may have been created in the interim so that we can check for issues.

the sync did not complete and there is no new log

Thanks for the Screenshots.
Could you log in to Catalog manager and delete any existing catalogs there.
Instructions are here on how delete the catalogs.
Once that is done, could you try a manual sync again.
