    Hi guys, how are you?

I need support with a problem I have with my woocommerce analysis reports.

Last week I had to make an export / import of my orders because we launched a new version of our website.

During the import I had some mistakes related with the order id because there were some pages or images in the new version which share same id and I had to renamed them with other new ID’s.

Now, taking a look to my statistics I’ve noticed that there are some products named as “Deleted” like this picture, and then if I click on Orders (31), there are some products with link to the products the clients have bought but others don’t, like this picture. Orders with ID number like 7005, 7002, 7001 and so on are those which I had to rename it. Orders like 7038, 7039 and so on are new orders made in the new version of the website.

And finally, If I click on the id number, for example 7005 and go to the article sold, there is no link to the product, like this image. and the newest ones I can see a link to the product like this

After the explanation, the question is…Why is this happening? how could I fix it in order to have a complete analysis of the orders?

    Thank you for your support!

    Hey @impulsatumarketing,

If you go to WooCommerce > Orders and click on one of these imported orders, does everything appear ok on the order? Are the products there along with prices, taxes, shipping, and so on?

If so, then you may just need to clear out the old Analytics data and import it again. To do that, go to Analytics > Settings and scroll down to the Import Historical Data section. Delete the existing data and import it again. Then check the reports to see if they’re working better.

If that’s not it, you may need to get in touch with the support team for the plugin you used to export/import the orders. WooCommerce stores order information across a few different tables in the database. Migrating orders can get a bit messy.

Let us know what you find out.

    Cheers!

    hey @3sonsdevelopment

thank you for your reply. I check them out the imported orders and at first sight are totally equal to those which customers have made after the import process.

I tried to import the data again, but unfortunatelly the same thing keeps happening.

I sent a post to the developer of the plugin and I’m waiting their answer.
