I’m using your plugin but it takes weeks for my recent articles to get indexed by Google and those reduces the exposure because they are trending topics of a niche. It’s so random, there are even posts from 20 days ago that are non-indexed and other from 10 days that is. When I specifically search for those recent posts somewhere first or second results page, appears my site but it’s the homepage with the non-indexed post title on the description…

What can I do? I go to search console and ask to index manually but it takes days too.
Also looking on my sitemap on Search console there are currently pages marked as discovered but currently not indexed, some of them are the missing ones.

    Thanks!

@pre20 We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue on your site.

We would recommend to try optimizing your site’s crawl budget in order to maximize the number of posts being indexed by Google.

This can be done in a number of ways including by reducing errors on the site, disallowing parts of the site that don’t require being indexed, and other factors and we have a guide on optimizing your site’s crawl budget located here: https://yoast.com/crawl-budget-optimization/
